Absolutely rude and unprofessional!!! I'm in Central America; Nissan USA said call Chetumal it's easier for shipping. But everytime I called Chetumal, they put me on hold for five to ten minutes and then hung up. Last time I called, asked if there was an English speaker and they hung up without a response! Says a lot about their values. Don't waste your time.
